Architectural Control Info
Lake Oaks Landing has an Architectural Committee (Board appointed) that controls residential architectural matters (i.e. new construction, remodel, demolish, etc.). NOTE: Residents MUST submit plans and receive Architectural Committee "written approval" before any architectural work may begin. Non-compliance with the required processes can lead to added homeowner costs, including Architectural Committee or Board decision that noncompliance items must be removed.

Additional Architectural Committee information is available to residents via login to website, select "Committees".
Direct any questions (resident or non-resident) regarding architectural controls to the Architectural Committee and/or the Board via QUESTIONS Form.
