Dedicatory instruments (aka "governing documents") define how Lake Oaks Landing, Inc., a Texas non-profit corporation organized as a property owner's association, is governed.
LOL Plat and Map - Shows map location and community lot/common areas
Management Certificate - Variety of community info (including assessments and fees)
Declaration - Legal governing of community (includes covenants,conditions,restrictions)
Bylaws - Governing processes for community
Additional dedicatory documents (resolutions, policies, etc.) is available to residents via login to website, select "Dedicatory Instruments Add'l".
Direct any questions (resident or non-resident) via QUESTIONS Form.
