The Board of Directors for Lake Oaks Landing, Inc., has seven (7) board members, each elected for a three (3) year term. Board members are elected by the membership at Fourth Quarter Annual Member/Board meeting.
The Board of Directors have three (3) required Officer positions - President, Treasurer, and Secretary. It has been customary for past years to also have an additional Officer position - Vice President. All officer positions are elected by the Board of Directors for a one year term, sometime after the Board Member election.
